Should abortion be legalized?

In the article,Mexicans protest abortion law ,which comes from China Post, refers to the legalization of abortion in Mexico. The abortion pill which is supported by DRP is surely to evoke a protracted fight between the proposers and the opponents, the conservative forces in the nation. These major opponents are from the religious group and the church-friendly PAN. Therefroe, they hold a march, which is called "pilgrimage for life " to against the proposal in Basilica of the Virgin of Guadalupe.The debate of the abortion issue also causes the conflicts between two parties, DRP and PAN. If abortion is legalized in Mexico, the women can take the abortion pill or proceed the abortion operation legally in three months pregnancy. However, the opponent rejects the proposal because they think the proposers are taking new- born babies' lives.

After reading the article, I felt that people in some religious nations have tough opinions towards the abortion issue. The conflicts in those religious nations seem to be more serious than other nations. Especially, in Mexico, over 80% people are catholics; therefore, a lot of civilians are fighting against the proposal, which is to legalize the abortion. The ruling party claims that what they are doing is to protect the female civilians in the nation. On the other hand, the opponents also argue that abortion is dehumanized in every way. To me, I only hope that the pros and cons in Mexico can deal with the tough issue peacefully. After all, every single person who involved in the debate of abortion is part of the nation; as a result, the ruling party should not resort to violence in order to diminish the voice of the opponents.
